| Incent Positive Word of Mouth Marketing This week we talked about Word of Mouth marketing. There are two types of contacts we have Strong (contact sphere) contacts, and Casual (contact sphere) contacts. We work hard on our Strong Contacts (BNI, Chamber, Trade associations) a lot. However this week we are urging all our members to really take a close look at your Casual Contact Sphere contacts, and see how we can use them for POSITIVE word of mouth marketing.
